For extra security, accordion shutters are installed This rental includes two assigned parking spaces just a few feet from the front door an added convenience. Tenants are responsible for electric and a $50 monthly internet fee. Boat dock available on first come, first serve basis when available. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in this community.
